the hotel's location was central, on the main dual carriageway running in-and-out of ponta negra. the breakfast was full size with many options and the pool was nice.

Comfortable and absolutely fantastic place with consistently courteous staff with other staff members. Excellent location of the hotel close to main attractions. Really close to shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants, Ponta Negra restaurants, bars, banks, and Natal.

The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere for breakfast, even if it felt a bit gloomy. We ordered some fantastic dishes that we really enjoyed. Plus, we appreciated the wake-up service available here. 🌅.

New hotel, excellently decorated with classic furniture, staff extremely kind and competent, excellent location near the restaurants and cafes area.

The room is not large enough, could be better having only one double bed rather than two.

The hotel featured a magnificent restaurant that served a massive breakfast, including omelettes and sweet treats—truly a delightful experience. the staff were excellent and provided very good service. the location was absolutely perfect, just 1 km from London Heathrow airport, making it easily accessible.

Poor quality of tv cable very few channels is the worst

the hotel was immaculately clean with amicable and amazingly kind stuff and large breakfast. everything was nice, top-class and new-fashioned room.

This venue boasts an amazing location near the main road, restaurants, shops, and the main avenue, while the room provided high-class amenities like WiFi and a TV.

At the confortable room, you don't have too much space to put your things and baggage.

I had an amazing vacation here, and the luxury king room was perfect with a big bed.

Do not stay here, what a nightmare.

The wi fi in my room did not work, or it would work occassionally and then stop makingyou loose the mail you hadjust written. Verystressful. There was no warm water at night! I had a freezing cold shower! The informed duty manager thanked me and hoped i would come again. Is she outof her mind?! No wifi, cold water, and no apologies, no discount, nothing?! Andnthe beds are 1.90. Instead of the 5 star standard of 2 meters, being 1.93 that meant having my legs over the ege and bad sleep.. This is no 5 star hotel,this is a cheqp poussada trying to look like one.

We had an amazing stay at this urban gem. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the bed and pillows were extra comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the highlight was definitely the legendary breakfast served in a beautiful dining room. the buffet was excellent, with a custom omelette station and a great selection of hot beverages. the location was also prime, perfect for exploring the city.

Hard to think of anything 🤔 One minor downside is that the beds in the room were queen size, which might be a bit snug for two larger individuals.
